Return/ Refund/ Exchange Policy

As a general rule, all sales are final, however on the rare occasion that a customer should receive an item that is for some reason damaged or defective due to an error on our part or is a different product than the one they ordered, they will be entitled to either a refund or an exchange, depending on their preference, so long as they place their request to this effect within 30 days of acquiring said item and ship it back to us with all of its constituent parts. We will compensate any customers dealing with this situation for the cost of return shipping, and will ship any replacement items to them free of additional charge.
